Discover the charm of our wood-built chalet, which was built with traditional craftsmanship. Our chalet promises an inviting atmosphere with breathtaking views overlooking our natural swimming pond towards the majestic mountains of Olang.

Just take a break and relax in our sauna to refuel your energy. Here, you can find peace and relaxation being surrounded by nature.

The comfortable chalet Anima is decorated in traditional old wood style, with a generous 70m2 area it has two bedrooms, a wonderful relaxing bathroom with a freestanding bathtub looking towards the mountain ridge. Additionally, is has a private indulgent sauna with a beautiful open plan living area and a fully equipped kitchen with a 40m2 covered roof terrace and views over the swimming pond.

The chalet is ideally suited for 4-6 people (5 beds) and costs 360 euros per night (for 4 adults) but can vary in seasonal.

Breakfast basket which includes our locally produced products: bread, goat milk, a selection of goat cheeses, goat yoghurt, speck, a selection of sausages, eggs, jam and marmelades, butter, juices and coffee and honey which we buy additionally

Additional informations

All prices are per day with a minimum stay of 7 days.
In case of earlier arrival or departure, the entire booked amount will be charged.
Include in your stay is the apartment, bedding, heating, water
Cleaning Euro 100.
A free Holiday Pass which entitles you to use the train free of charge and other great offers.
Payment: We accept payments in cash (up to 1000 Euros) and bank transfer (No credit card payments!).
Arrival day: On the day of your arrival the holiday appartements will be ready at 3pm and on Sunday at 5pm
Departure day: We kindly ask you, to depart the appartements at 9.30am
Pets: We don’t allow pets. Our appartements are suitable for people with allergies.
Since the 01.01.2015 a statutory tourist tax of €2,50 per person (from 14 years of age) per day has to be paid.

Cancellation Policy

Dear guests,
we are looking forward to welcoming you on our farm.

In the event that something unforeseeable happens and you are unable to start your trip, the following conditions apply:

You can cancel free of charge up to 3 months before your arrival.
From 3 months to 4 weeks before your arrival we keep the deposit.
Within the last 4 weeks before your arrival, the cancellation fee is 100% of the booking price.
Cancellation or processing fee: 10 Euro

Travel cancellation insurance

We recommend that you take our ‘Rote Hahn travel cancellation insurance’ when booking your stay. This means that the cancellation fees can be covered and you can look forward to your holiday without any worries.
